Yes! Custom jewellery is our speciality. You can bring a photo, sketch, or just describe your idea. Our craftsmen will design it and share a quote before starting. We also work on making duplicates of old family jewellery.

Standard designs typically take 7–10 working days. Complex custom pieces or bridal sets may take 15–21 days. We always confirm the timeline before accepting an order so you can plan accordingly.

We primarily work with 22K (916) gold for traditional jewellery and 18K gold for stone-set pieces. All our gold is BIS hallmarked. We provide a purity certificate and weight receipt with every purchase.

Yes. We accept old gold for melting and remaking into new designs. The making charges apply on the new piece. Bring your old jewellery to the showroom and we'll assess the weight and purity and give you a fair value.

We offer home delivery within Sankarankovil and nearby areas at no extra charge. For other cities in Tamil Nadu, we can arrange insured courier delivery. Contact us on WhatsApp to discuss delivery options.

We accept cash, all UPI apps (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), bank transfer and cheque. For large orders an advance payment of 30–50% is required at the time of order confirmation.
